General Refund Stance

Technical Issues During Transactions

However, in the event of a technical issue during an online transaction that results in an incomplete transaction, the amount in transit will be automatically credited back to your bank account through the respective Payment Gateway within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company, bank, or payment processor, your service and/or subscription will be suspended immediately without notice. Applicable chargeback fees will be charged to recover the fees imposed on us by the financial institution.

Any outstanding balances resulting from such chargebacks must be settled in full before your service can be reinstated.

Refund Approval (Exceptional Cases)

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by VertexTech Technologies Solutions, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that such approvals are at our sole discretion.
